Customers, customer relationships... What’s the difference?

With more careful examination, customers can be divided into different customer groups and further to different customer relationships, which have different ways of operating, buying and selling.

There are several reasons why a business would and should want to commit their clients to the customer relationship. Understanding your customer’s needs allows you to develop a deeper, more profitable, and longer-lasting customer relationship. Once you achieve this, you’re not far from anticipating the client’s future requirements, which will secure the continuation of the customer relationship. Luckily the people in trade are also people with feelings and emotions, and therefore an in-depth insight into their needs will be very significant when it comes to selling and producing your services, and will determine the success of the operation.
